Privacy

Information used

• Game settings, saves, and replay data stored locally on your device.
• If you connect Upland, the username, public account identifier, and property information required to build your Stronghold.
• If you submit a weekly run, your chosen display name, score, replay commands, verification hash, and run result.
• Optional diagnostics: build number, a limited error description, coarse device class, and performance timing. Diagnostics never include your typed address, URL query, seat token, or saved game.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate account linking, leaderboards, replay verification, support, security, and game reliability. E5 does not sell personal information and does not use advertising trackers.

Services and retention

Network functions are delivered through E5-operated Cloudflare services. Full World mode also requests building and decoration assets directly from Upland’s servers, which receive normal connection information such as your IP address. Lite Mode uses local map geometry. Linking an account is optional. Leaderboard and security records may be retained while the applicable season or dispute period remains active; optional diagnostics are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for reliability analysis.

Your choices

You may play without connecting Upland or enabling diagnostics. To request access, correction, or deletion of server-held information, use the E5 contact page. The canonical organizational policy is available at e5enclave.com/privacy.
